In partnership with MUN Family Practice, Shea Heights Community Health Clinic is one of the clinics that make up part of Eastern Health’s primary health-care services. We offer a range of community-based services essential to maintaining and improving health and well-being throughout an individual’s entire lifespan.
What we do
Shea Heights Community Health is a family medicine clinic which serves the full spectrum of family medicine, including office procedures, prenatal & intra-partum obstetrics, house calls and addiction medicine.
Who we see
We see all patients of this practice.
Eastern Health’s services in the clinic are provided through family physicians, resident learners, a pharmacist, public health nurses and administrative staff.

Existing patients of the practice can make an appointment by calling 709-737-3369
At the moment, this clinic is only accepting new patients if they are:
- household members (spouse, partner, children) of existing patients; or
- referred by a health provider to its family-centred maternity care program.

Hours of operation
This health centre operates Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and provides a 24 hour after hours on call service for patients of the practice.
