We support the operation of clinics throughout many rural communities to ensure that all residents of our region have appropriate access to health services. Community partner clinics
In a partnership between Eastern Health and community programs, we offer collaborative health-care team services, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, occupational therapy and social work addiction counselling services in primary health-care clinic settings located in the various partner sites. Our joint goal is to bring health services directly to the community where some of the most vulnerable populations live, and seek supportive services.
