Who we are
In partnership with MUN Family Practice, the Ross Family Medicine Centre is one of the clinics that make up part of Eastern Health’s primary health-care services. We offer a range of community-based services essential to maintaining and improving health and well-being throughout an individual’s entire lifespan.
What we do
We are a family medicine clinic which serves the full spectrum of family medicine including office procedures, house-calls and personal care home visits. It is located within the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre, the major convalescent rehabilitative and long-term care centre in St. John’s. Providers at this site also have responsibility for the Caribou Memorial Veteran’s Pavilion, a 54 bed long-term care facility located within the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre, three personal care homes, a frail elderly home visit program as well as the Forest Road Clinic for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our team
Eastern Health’s services in the clinic are provided through family physicians, a nurse practitioner, resident learners, a licensed practical nurse, a pharmacist and administrative staff.

Hours of operation
This health centre operates Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and provides a 24 hour after hours on call service for patients of the practice.
